Ascended Corporation is a California based real estate investment company focused on giving overlooked properties a second life. We acquire homes that need work, invest in renovating them the right way, and either bring them to market or hold them as long term rentals. For our partners and investors, we take on the same role, securing properties and managing the renovation from start to finish.
Our mission is straightforward: turn run down properties into good homes, and do it in a way that treats everyone involved fairly, whether that's a homeowner working with us on a sale or an investor backing one of our projects. We're building this company around relationships that last beyond a single deal.
